Quick Setup Guide

Step 1: Get Your Credentials

Before you begin, you'll need:

  • Username: Provided by your administrator
  • Password: Your account password
  • Server Address: Your organization's Ombrex Pro server URL
💡 Tip: Contact your IT administrator if you don't have these credentials.

Step 2: Install or Access Ombrex Pro

  1. Download

    Visit ombrex.com/downloads and download the installer for your operating system.

  2. Install

    Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Launch

    Open Ombrex Pro from your applications folder or start menu.

    Search for "Ombrex Pro" in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

  2. Install

    Tap "Install" or "Get" to download the app.

  3. Open

    Tap the Ombrex Pro icon to launch the app.

    Go to your organization's Ombrex Pro Web URL.

Step 3: Sign In

  1. Enter Server Address

    Input your organization's server URL when prompted.

  2. Enter Credentials

    Type your username and password.

  3. Click Sign In

    Click the sign-in button to access your account.

Step 4: Configure Audio/Video Devices

  1. Grant Permissions

    Allow Ombrex Pro to access your microphone and camera.

  2. Select Devices

    Choose your preferred microphone, speakers, and camera in Settings.
